Hearty Handshake Website Implementors

Admin's blog

Things have been quiet

Just wanted to write a little something to assure everyone that Hearty Handshake is still doing Drupal sites, just at a slower pace. Hearty Handshake is just one man, and that one man is currently rather busy with a day job, and taking some classes (finally trying to finish an elusive degree after 15 years).

Site Live: TheHotReportOnline.Com

It is with a lot of exuberance that I announce that http://www.thehotreportonline.com/ has been launched this evening. This project was long, and very satisfying, and a great learning experience. This project at times felt a little like it was never going to end, and go live but alas today is has been moved over to the live production server.

Migration of Hearty Handshake and other news

Current Drupal Projects

I am in the process of fleshing out the design comp to a test site that the designer and our customer and see, use and try the functionality. During this project large scale, pixel perfect layouts are expected, so we are using technology to replace the text with a font that isn't supported by every visitor's computer.

Setting up a Drupal work enviornment on my laptop…Part 3

Ok the next step is to import the tables and all the guts of Drupal into your newly created database, for MySql 4.1 or higher (MAMP has MySQL5) you will need to import a file called database.4.1.mysql located in the /drupal-4.7.X/database as shown in the picture to the left.
